It’s the hit reality dating show that dumps a group of young hotties in a tropical paradise, where the goal is to couple up to stay in the running for a major cash prize. So if you’re wondering which Love Island USA couples are still together across all seasons, the answer is…well, not many.

The original version of Love Island, Love Island UK, premiered in 2005 on ITV and it’s led to real-life marriages and babies for couples who met as contestants such as season 2’s Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey, who are married and share two children, and season 3’s Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt, who welcomed a baby in 2020. Love Island USA premiered in 2019 but so far, its track record for producing long-lasting love has been a lot more checkered.
Season 5 of the US version has by far been the most successful, but one couple who were on this list just a few months ago have split: Carmen and Kenzo announced their breakup on Thursday, July 18, 2024. “Ultimately, we want different things & are headed down different paths,” he shared on Instagram.

Hannah and Marco from Love Island USA season 5 took home the $100,000 cash prize ($50k each) as the winners of the season and they’re still together to this day (as written in June 2024). Their social media accounts—@hannnahmwright and @marcoadonatelli, respectively—feature loads of loved-up snaps of the happy couple.
“First impression, he was definitely my type, somebody I would go for on the outside. I was like, ‘Oh, he’s a pretty boy, I don’t know about relationships.’ Off the jump, seeing him, he was just looking at me and smiling,” Hannah told Screenrant. “The moment I saw her…my heart skipped a beat, my stomach had butterflies, and I just smiled at her. I didn’t even say anything when we had that [first] group conversation – I was just smiling at her,” Dom added.
Taylor & “Bergie” (Season 5)

Season 5 has a pretty good track record! We can tell Taylor and Carsten aka “Bergie” are still together from their social media activity; they’ve been going to weddings and on vacations together ever since the finale aired.
This is despite his family thinking their relationship wasn’t genuine while they were contestants on the show. “Taylor is a beautiful woman but I have some reservations,” his grandpa observed. “Because I haven’t seen spontaneous chemistry between the two of you. It looks more or less forced to me.”
Nuts to that, they said, because they confirmed their boyfriend-girlfriend status in their final date on the show. “I was coming in here with no expectations, to be honest, but I had no idea that I was going to find a connection like we have,” Taylor told him during the August 28 2023 episode. “You make me feel really great about myself and you make me feel special and important.”

Kyra & Will (Season 3)

Kyra and Will finished Love Island USA in second place and notably believed their relationship wouldn’t work out. And for a little while, it didn’t; they temporarily broke up in 2022. But 7 months later, they reconciled. These days (June 2024), they’re spending time with each other and sharing couple updates to their joint Instagram @kywiadventures, their last post was shared on April 27, 2024.
However, we do have to note that some fans in Kyra’s comments section believe they’ve broken up because she hasn’t posted about him in 6 or so weeks at the time of writing—all of her pics since April 27 are of her solo. They’re still following each other though so maybe it’s not worth reading into.
Leah & Miguel (Season 6)

Leah and Miguel ended up as season 6’s runner ups and with their love spanning across the pond, they are trying their hardest to make it work. “Leah is an incredible woman. [We] get along in a way that I wasn’t expecting to ever get along with anybody in the villa,” Miguel gushed. “We have such similarities, our banter is the same. She understands my goofy side. She understands me for who I am. She took me away [with] how incredible of a person she is.”
He continued, “I definitely want to see how far this goes and whatever happens, whatever happens, I don’t want to lose what me and her have created,” he said. “She’s definitely someone that I’ll hold dear for, I think, the rest of my life. We have made little plans — she wants to introduce me to her animals at her farm, which is what I’m looking forward to the most.”
Kendall & Nicole (Season 6)

Kendall and Nicole finished in fourth place, and now they’re planning to see each other more often. Kendall revealed that he’s eager to visit Nicole in California from Dallas. “It’s not far. It’s good that she lives in California because I have a lot of family there — my sister and my mom are in California,” he told Us Weekly. “So it’s a win-win situation when I go there, I get to see Nicole, and I also get to see my family. I know my family eventually wants me to move back to California, so my mom, specifically, is excited that Nicole is from there.”
The couple also revealed that they moved past their awkward “I love you” confession in the finale. “I just needed a second to process it. It’s scary. I don’t know if anyone else out there can relate, but those words, they mean a lot. I’ve been burned in the past, and I think by the time the finale came and I’m writing my speech, that’s when you leave it all on the table. I didn’t wanna have any regrets. And I’ve known how I felt about Kendall for a long time, so I did my big one. I just said it. It scared the living s–t outta me, but it’s good to know that it’s reciprocated and all is well and I really couldn’t be happier.”
“She’s a tougher shell and that’s one of the reasons why I do love her and why it was just such a big moment for us,” Kendall added. “I’ll always remember that.”
Kordell & Serena (Season 6)

Kordell and Serena left the villa as the season 6 winners and $100,000 richer. The two revealed to Us Weekly that they plan to move closer together soon. “I’ll be out there whenever she’s ready,” Kordell told the outlet, as the Texas native plans to move with the other Texas native who now lives in California.
Though they’re trying to take it very slow. Serena said, “Even [the conversation about] closing things off [in the villa] was just like, ‘Yeah, so we gonna do this?’ … I feel like we’ll both just know at the right time.” Serena does have one important note for her man. “[But] when he does ask instead of, ‘Will you be my girlfriend?’ I like, ‘Can I be your boyfriend?’ The wording matters.”
